Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5-7 business days. Because many of our items are made or prepared to order, processing times may vary during new releases, holidays, sales, and other high-volume periods.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout. Shipping/transit time is separate from our processing time and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. We will always do our best to help if an issue occurs.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. KOA & Bee Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos when applicable so we can help.
