Refund policy

We want you to love your KOA & Bee Co purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns r exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and clearance items are also final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item due to an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item so we can make it right.

Please contact KOA & Bee Co. before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
